  4. The 'Installer 4.0.8 Debug' is the debugger version of Installer 4.0.8. To use it, you need to paste the resources from 'Installer Debugger.rsrc' into your installer script. This method is recommended by the Installer Team.

  6. You can also use directly the application 'Installer 4.0.8 Debug + rsrcs'.  This debug version of the installer does not require you to paste the debugger resources into your script.

  8. Since the user experience of Installer Debugger 4.0.8 is similar to 4.0.3, the Installer Debugger Guide has not been modified for this release.

  10. You may need to increase the Installer partition to use the Installer Debugger if your script or Atom Extender requirements are large.
